the basis of my works is duality, duality between past and present, between construction and improvisation, between construction and destruction, among a mass of conflicts. I am from the generation of painters who grew up in the atmosphere of dualities in this society. A society that wants one thing but does another thing. A society full of failure and despair, but in the image, dynamic and successful. A rootless society that still considers itself authentic. A society that is not political but is politicized. Yes, we live in the midst of the inner meaning of these dualities, living with deadly everydayness.
